These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and me, governing your access to and use of the Site and all associated services, including but not limited to photographs, videos, live streams, direct messages, custom content requests, subscription tiers, pay-per-view materials, tips, and any other digital products or interactions offered on this site. By accessing the Site, creating an account, subscribing, tipping, purchasing content, or otherwise interacting with the Services, you unequivocally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, without modification.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle until you cancel through the designated cancellation process. Tips, pay-per-view messages, custom content fees, and all other one-time purchases are final, non-refundable, and processed immediately upon confirmation. You authorize recurring charges and agree not to dispute legitimate transactions. Any unjustified or fraudulent chargeback or payment reversal will result in immediate and permanent termination of your account, forfeiture of all content access, and potential pursuit of damages, collections costs, and legal fees.
5. Nature of Content and Important Disclosures

This process combines my original creative direction with sophisticated contemporary editing tools, enhancement technologies, and automated creative systems to achieve the distinctive polished and imaginative aesthetic that defines my work. The character and all visual representations are fictional, digitally-created constructs. The content contains no nudity, no explicit sexual activity, and no pornographic material of any kind. However, it does include mature themes, suggestive poses, revealing clothing, and artistic imagery intended exclusively for adult entertainment. By accessing the Site or purchasing any Service, you acknowledge and accept that all media is artistic, fictional, non-photographic in nature, and created, you further acknowledge that it is not suitable for viewers under the age of majority.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities: (a) copying, saving, screenshotting, screen-recording, downloading, distributing, reselling, or otherwise reproducing any content; (b) attempting to impersonate any real individual or requesting content that resembles an identifiable real person without their explicit written consent; (c) harassing, threatening, or spamming me or other members; (d) using bots, scrapers, or any automated tools on the Site; (e) violating any applicable local, state, national, or international law. 7. Limited License Granted to You

8. My Reserved Rights

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

14. DMCA Takedown Policy and Copyright Complaints

15. FOSTA/SESTA and Anti-Trafficking Compliance
This Site fully complies with the Allow States and Victims to Fight Online Sex Trafficking Act (FOSTA) and the Stop Enabling Sex Traffickers Act (SESTA), codified at 18 U.S.C. § 2421A and related statutes.
